500g whole grain oats
½ cup of raisins or cranberries
300g of applesauce
1 pinch of salt
1/3 cup of maple syrup or honey
1/3 cup of coconut oil
1 tbsp of vanilla extract
1tbsp of baking powder
Method
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Mix all the ingredients well and transfer into a greased oven suited bowl. The mixture should be 1inch high (2,5cm). Press the mixture gently into the bowl. Bake for 25 minutes. You want it to get a light golden color. Allow the form to cool down. Once it is cold you can cut it into pieces of 9×1,5 inches and wrap it into clingfilm to enjoy all week long!
