Supplies
Blender
Frying pan
Ingredients
2 cans of black beans
½ bunch of coriander
200 grams of rolled oats
3 tbsp of coconut oil
1 pinch of himalaya salt
Method
Blend the beans together with the coriander and salt. Transfer the batter into a bowl and mix with the oats.
Preheat the frying pan and add coconut oil. Form little burgers with your hand from the bean batter and place into the pan. Fry the burgers on each side 3 minutes on medium heat. Repeat this with the rest of the batter.
I usually eat the burgers with salat, tomatoes, and fried onions. For your children, pack the burgers in a buckwheat of wholewheat buns and I guarantee you they will enjoy them!
Optional
Season the burgers with chili flakes.
