When I start to notice that my metabolism is going slow, I know it’s time for me to enjoy a healthy smoothie. I usually drink it in the morning, but you can enjoy it at any time of the day!

Approx. 10 minutes

Approx. 250ml / 1cup
Shelf life
1 day in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer
Supplies
Blender
Ingredients
1 Banana
½ cup of pineapple
1 cup of baby spinach or kale
½ Avocado
1 cup water (or plant-based milk of choice)
1 tbsp of Chia seeds
1 handful of ice cubes ( I like my smoothies cold)
Optional
1 tbsp of cacao powder (100% dark chocolate)
Put all of the ingredients in your blender, mix and off you go!
