Have you checked the backside of your muesli or granola? I thought my muesli was ok, till I found out, that it contains 25 ingredients. Ever since I bake my own granola and my family loves it!

Ingredients
3 cups biological rolled oats (I use gluten free)
1 ½ cups pecans
1/3 cups of wildflower honey
3 tbsp of coconut oil
1 pinch of himalaya salt
Method
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Cut the pecan notes into smaller pieces. Mix all ingredients well in an oven suited bowl. You want the granola lightly golden baked. Stir the mix every 5 minutes and back max. 30 minutes.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature, up to 3 weeks.
