Ingredients
20 tbsp of rolled oats (4 tbsp for every person)
1 tbsp of cinnamon powder
1 cup of almond milk
2 cups of water
2 tbsp of maple syrup
300g of frozen blueberries
Method
Put the oats into a cooking pan and cover with water. Add one cup of almond milk on top. Add the cinnamon and maple syrup and cook the oats until they have absorbed all the fluid. If the oats are still hard add a little more almond milk and cook for some more minutes. Stir in between to avoid the oats stick to the pan.
Meanwhile, heat the frozen blueberries in a cooking pan for approximately 5 minutes until they are fully cooked and heated.
Transfer the oat in a little breakfast bowl and serve with blueberries on top.
