I cannot believe I did it. I quit my job and followed my passion. I am out of my comfort zone, but yet so excited! Afraid to fail, I kept on delaying but in the end the desire to do what you love has conquered. In my case, that is to talk about food and nutrition with a focus on creating healthy nurturing dishes that are better than medicine. My aspiration is to help conditions people with their eating habits and to have them reach a healthier lifestyle filled with happiness.
I am so excited about this new chapter in my life. Let’s go for it!
