Ingredients
½ cup chia seeds
¼ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup quinoa (uncooked)
¼ cup of sesame sees
½ cup of ground flaxseed
½ cup of whole flaxseed
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of wasabi paste
1 ¼ cup of water
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover your baking tray with baking paper and spread the mixture out evenly.
Bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees.
Once out of the oven, let it cool down and cut into pieces. Store the crackers in an airtight container and enjoy!
