Ingredients
2 cups black beans
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup grounded oats
1 pinch of salt
½ cup of maple syrup
1/3 cup of coconut oil
2 tbsp of vanilla extract
1tbsp of baking powder
1cup of pure chocolate chips
Method
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Put all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips in de blender and mix well. Now add ¾ of the chocolate chips to the batter and mix with a spoon. Transfer the batter to a greased cakepan. Sprinkle the rest of the chocolate chips on top and bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow the cake to rest for at least 15 minutes before serving.
